About Aaron
I spent 22 years as a carpenter watching good companies and capable people lose time through missed messages, unclear standards, delayed decisions and work that should have been right the first time.
Those problems rarely belonged to one person. They lived between people: between the office and site, instruction and evidence, completion and approval. That is where the McCAFF Tax came from.
I moved into construction systems consultancy and built EasyFlow myself because I wanted a practical way to connect the physical work to the information, decisions and proof surrounding it.
I am not arriving with a generic transformation playbook. I am bringing site experience, honest observation and a system I can adapt around the company in front of me.
